Rector's Office Private Secretary

The Office of the Private Secretary, acts in line with the directives given by the Rector, ensures that the incoming letters reach the relevant places, and ensures the coordination between the Rectorate unit and other units. It prevents disruptions by arranging appointments for officials and guests coming from inside and outside the institution. In addition, protocols, visits, ceremonies and meetings to be attended by the Rector are coordinated.
